Warranty Policy

Our limited warranty coverage ensures the quality and reliability of our products.

What does this limited warranty cover?

During the warranty period, ESCOM Enhanced Solutions will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Covers malfunctions resulting from material or workmanship defects under normal usage conditions.

Coverage Period

Although it varies on a product basis, a 1-year warranty is generally offered.

A replacement physical product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What will we do to correct problems?

ESCOM Enhanced Solutions will repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

ESCOM Enhanced Solutions reserves the right to examine products returned from its customers to determine the cause of the problem. ESCOM Enhanced Solutions will return defective products that cannot be repaired free of charge, excluding shipping costs. This warranty does not cover product problems, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship relative to consumables or expendable parts and the following conditions:

  • (1) Products damaged during shipping due to inadequate or improper packaging.
  • (2) Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, war, earthquake, snowstorm, etc.).
  • (3) Damage caused by normal wear and tear of parts, scratches, surface rust or deterioration, improper use, improper storage, improper testing, use of incorrect voltage or current, accidental damage, abnormal or unusual use, use of unauthorized accessories or modules, use contrary to operating instructions, improper operating temperature/environment, or lack of regular maintenance.
  • (4) Products repaired, disassembled, or modified by unauthorized technical personnel.
  • (5) Products with warranty seals or serial number labels removed (our warranty becomes void).

What do you need to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ESCOM Enhanced Solutions' total liability arising from the sale, use, and disposal of the product exceed the amount of actual direct damages, i.e., the fees received for the product subject to the claim.

In no event shall ESCOM Enhanced Solutions be liable to the customer or any other person for any punitive, incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, in connection with the sale, use, and disposal of the product, whether based on contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence or product liability) or warranty, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Warranty Disclaimer

Except for the warranty specified herein, ESCOM Enhanced Solutions makes no other express, oral, implied, statutory, by operation of law, or trade custom, practice, or performance warranty or commitment regarding the product. ESCOM Enhanced Solutions expressly disclaims all warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, including but not limited to implied warranties or warranties arising by operation of law, except as expressly stated herein.

ESCOM Enhanced Solutions is not responsible in any way, directly or indirectly, intentionally or unintentionally, for any data loss arising from our products or services.

The remedies specified in this document constitute the customer's exclusive remedies and the sole liability of ESCOM Enhanced Solutions in the event of a breach of the limited warranties specified herein.
