Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 2 days. Standard shipping usually takes [2-8 business days] for deliveries within Turkey. During high-volume order periods, for orders from abroad or for custom products, shipping may take longer. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as COVID-19, holiday peak, or adverse weather conditions) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Damages

ESCOM Enhanced Solutions is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier company to file a damage report.
