Synchronized Data Acquisition

ViTPr-es acquires data from two primary points in the field: 3-axis vibration and temperature from the motor surface, and vacuum/pressure along with fluid temperature from the line. This allows you to know both 'how the machine is operating' and 'its physical condition' simultaneously.

Tracking to ISO 10816 Standards

The RMS vibration velocity measured is compared instantly on the dashboard with the ISO 10816 guidelines according to equipment type and power class. Motor health is displayed live with colored class status codes (A, B, C, or D).

ESCOM Dashboard: Unified Control Panel

Vibration, pressure, run time, and device activity are displayed on a unified interface. The system automatically configures the appropriate thresholds based on the designated motor power and mounting structure.

Go beyond basic threshold alerts. If vibration escalates to level 'D' and pressure drops into the critical red zone, the system automatically dispatches a 'Filter Clogged' warning to the operator.

ViTPr-es is a multi-sensor wireless sensor developed to measure vibration, pressure (±), and temperature simultaneously in industrial equipment. It tracks mechanical health from the motor surface and process status from the line.

ViTPr-es features a module utilizing thermoelectric energy harvesting from the temperature gradient between the motor frame and ambient air. It requires no external power cables or battery replacements.

The device collects 3-axis vibration data via RMS, Peak, P2P, and statistical metrics (Crest Factor, Kurtosis, etc.). This data is automatically classified on the ESCOM Dashboard as class A, B, C, or D in accordance with ISO 10816 standards.

When parameters like motor power, machine group, and mounting type are input on the dashboard, the system automatically assigns the corresponding thresholds from the ISO 10816 table. Each asset is analyzed against its correct operational class.

This is a smart alarm blending vibration and pressure telemetry. If mechanical vibration indicates class 'D' while line pressure drops into the critical threshold, the system alerts the operator directly that the filter is clogged.

ViTPr-es features pressure sensing tips with customizable BSP connections and cable or process fittings that can be modified to suit application demands. The compact 550g enclosure makes installation in tight spaces simple.

Through a single screen, you can track live ISO 10816 health status, X/Y/Z axis vibration velocities, real-time vacuum/pressure values, operating hours, and device connectivity states.
