Uses thermal energy harvesting (TEG) as the primary source. When the temperature difference drops and is insufficient, it switches to the backup battery within milliseconds using its smart algorithm to protect the data flow.

About Hybrid Technology

WiT-es-C works entirely based on temperature difference; it stops when the heat is gone. WiT-es Hybrid, on the other hand, keeps the data flow uninterrupted by activating the backup battery when the heat is gone. It adds a safety layer for critical processes.

Since the system is primarily powered by heat, the battery life can exceed 10 years in typical usage. Because the battery is used only in rare moments when energy harvesting stops, the discharge rate is extremely low.

Even if the battery is completely depleted, WiT-es Hybrid continues to work by drawing power from the temperature difference just like the WiT-es-C model. However, battery replacement is recommended to maintain the backup feature.

Yes. WiT-es Hybrid is also completely wireless. It requires no extra battery box or cables; all hardware is contained within the same compact body.
