A scalable temperature and vibration sensor for industrial machinery, pumps, and heavy equipment, featuring a maintenance-free, batteryless monitoring architecture that generates its own power from thermal gradients.

Self-Powered via Temperature Gradients

Harvests energy from the temperature difference (energy harvesting) between the machinery surface and ambient air. No cabling or batteries; a highly efficient power management system (184 μW) ensures continuous operation.

Vibration and Temperature Measurement

High-precision sensors capture real-time X, Y, and Z-axis vibration (±2G / ±4G / ±8G / ±16G) and surface temperature (-40°C to +105°C). Perfect for fault detection in industrial machinery.

Customizable Industrial Design

Probe length and connection type are easily adapted to the requirements of any industrial installation. Offers full flexibility for tight spaces and challenging machinery geometries.

Wireless Data Transmission

Fully integrated with the Wi-GaTe gateway, ViBT-es S transmits data wirelessly via BLE protocol to the receiver gateway. Wi-GaTe then forwards this telemetry to your SCADA or ESCOM-es Dashboard systems, with secure local or cloud storage options.

With historical analysis and live measurements, operational health is continuously controlled second-by-second without interruption.
